First Line Therapy: Therapeutic LIfestyle Changes

First Line Therapy (FLT) is a 10 week program encompassing both individual sessions with a Naturopathic Doctor and group information sessions, designed to treat and reduce the risk of common conditions such as:

• Overweight/Obesity
• High cholesterol
• High blood pressure
• Metabolic syndrome
• Type 2 diabetes
• Cardiovascular disease
• Osteoporosis
• Osteoarthritis
• Conditions related to aging

This program can also address other key health concerns such as:

• Fatigue
• Hormone imbalance
• Low sex drive
• Stress-related symptoms
• Poor memory or lack of mental clarity
• And many more!

Begins April 29th, 2010 for 10 Weeks

Program cost is $895 ($550 could be covered by extended health care insurance through naturopathic medicine), payable in 4 instalments. This cost includes:

• Initial and follow up visits with a licensed Naturopathic Doctor
• Group sessions
• Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis (BIA) readings
• Basic supplements program

The FLT program is limited to 12 participants per session.  Next session will be in September.
